Commis Chef/ Junior Chef
We are looking for a Commis Chef / Junior Chef to assist our kitchen:
1. To assist the Head Chef during service for timing and progress of all dishes.
2. To ensure that the presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to the standards laid by the Company.
3. To be fully conversant with the menu and to be adaptable with continual changes to ensure that the menu is kept in line with customer demands and Company policies.
4. Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks.
5. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
6. Maintaining high standards of hygiene
You’ve got to be hardworking, passionate about the maintaining quality, and creative, with minimum 1 year experience in a cafe / restaurant.
